KINGS BEER - GOA XPECIAL

During my recent trip to Goa,I was introduced to Kings beer. This beer is made in Goa and cannot be taken out ,hence not available elsewhere.

Once I sipped it, I fell in love with its mild, pleasant flavour and abandoned all other brands during my stay there.

Kings beer has 0.5 percent less alcohol content than normal beers. It has no after taste as all other beers have. The chilled beer is no nice tasting that one can keep on guzzling it endlessly.

The beer is available only as 330 ml bottles so no wastage . It is cheaper than all other brands, costing just 20 bucks per bottle.

The high is also gentle, suggesting a nicer fermentation process.

Perfect for the hot dry climate. The only thing that draws down the grade is the variation in quality. One Kings could taste very differently from another. It is available in two types, Lager and Pilsner. The pilsner is not as popular. The Lager is just great. A buffed flavor which you can appreciate in a beer especially in India. Extremely refreshing and quite mild

But that just fits in to the whole image of India. You never knew what you could expect.

Though Goa is associated generally with its feni and wine as its conventional drinks,Kings beer is more largely consumed with esp the younger crowds moving about with kings bottles in their hands.
A must have during visit to Goa.

Little Kings kept brewing in Cincinnati until 2001 when production moved to Frederick, Maryland. In 2004, Greg Hardman launched Christian Moerlein Company and began to bring Cincinnati's beer brands back to town. Little Kings is now brewed in Over-the-Rhine.
